How does it work?

All you have to do is:

  • Book a meeting 
  • Catch up on Zoom and discuss your topics
  • Choose images from the selection we send you
  • Get on with your day – or sit back and relax!

We do everything else:

  • Transcribe your audio, edit into blogs and optimise them for SEO
  • Resize and compress images for fast loading, then optimise for SEO by changing file name and adding alt text
  • Upload copy and images to your website
  • Add meta title, meta description and alt text
  • Publish or schedule for publication
  • Create 4 social media posts per blog including visual, copy and hashtags
  • Provide those posts to you to publish on all your social media networks

FAQS

What if I can’t make a meeting we booked to record content?
We will send you invitations for all meetings so they’re in your calendar. We’ll also send reminders for each meeting the day before it happens.

If you need to reschedule, you can do so at any time, but a delayed meeting may mean your content gets published late. We’ll do our best to catch up, but we can’t guarantee it.

If we don’t get content within your subscription month, you can ‘carry it over’ to the next month. If we haven’t had any content from you for two months, we’ll cancel your subscription. It’s not fair to keep charging you when we’re not doing anything.

What if I don’t have an idea for a blog post?
The voice-to-blog service is based on you providing the raw content which we polish into a blog. If you don’t have ideas for your blog, you might want to consider our 90 day content plan.
What if I don’t like any of the images you suggest for my blog post?
It can be challenging to find images for certain blog topics. That’s why we take a briefing about images when we start working with you, and why we provide a selection of images for each post. In the early days of working together, we are still learning about you. We’ll do our best to find alternatives. But we have to set a limit on the amount of time we spend sourcing images.

If we can’t source anything you are happy with, we’ll invite you to search our preferred Stock libraries and find an acceptable image. We’ll then license and optimise it for you.

What if I’m unhappy with the blog you create?
If you’re unhappy, please tell us straight away so we can fix things. We’re always wanting to improve.

If you are consistently unhappy with the blogs we create, we’ll cancel your subscription and refund the last payment. It hasn’t happened to us yet, but in this case we expect that you will not publish the disputed posts – since you’re clearly unhappy with them.

What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Simply advise us in writing and we’ll cancel your subscription. We will of course complete any blogs and social media posts which are outstanding from the last payment received.

THE FINE PRINT:

  • We say it’s all done in half a day, but you will need to review and approve content once created.
  • Price is ex GST. Pay 50% in advance and 50% when first two months content is provided and approved.
  • Content may not all be completed in January but will be supplied on a monthly schedule so you don’t run out.
