Have you put blood, sweat and tears into creating an original and interesting infographic? Then you want two things. When we say a site is free, we mean there’s no charge to publish your infographic there. But note, there may still be policies you have to abide by. Relevance, originality etc. Make sure you check policies and abide by them.

Some of these sites are more than just infographic sites. Reddit and Flickr, for example, are social media platforms. But they are focused on content generated by users – and your infographic is content generated by you. So posting here makes sense and will get you a link. When we say a site is paid, we mean they actually charge you to publish your infographic there. Usually it’s not a huge amount, so it’s worth considering. You can invest a lot of time and effort in trying to get someone to link to your content – and it still may not happen. Compare that with spending $20 or $50 and having a guaranteed backlink.
