Have you put blood, sweat and tears into creating an original and interesting infographic? Then you want two things. You want to share your creative baby with people who appreciate it, and you want to get more traffic and interest for your own site. That’s where specialist infographic websites can help!
Infographic promotion basics
Of course, they’re not the only way to promote your infographic and your website. Let’s assume you’ll also do basic promotion like:
- including a link to your site in your infographic. If anyone copies and pastes, this means you get a link by default.
- including an easy option to embed your infographic on other people’s sites – eg the code they’ll need to do that. (There are tools online which do this for you – try the ones from Siege Media or FatJoe.)
- Including 300 plus words in the infographic post which Google searchbots can read and parse for meaning. These can explain why you created the infographic, how you created it, or what parts of the infographic content you find most interesting. Just make sure they’re relevant so Google can tell what your infographic is about and index it properly.
- promoting on your own social media channels.
- promoting to relevant industry associations, bodies and website communities.
Using Infographic Websites for SEO
The approaches listed above are more focused on your infographic content and your target markets. Where infographic websites come into their own is that they extend the reach and visibility of your infographic. They are the visual content equivalent of business directories. Every time you list, you get another link back to your site. And every link builds the authority of your overall site and of the specific page where the infographic is published.
To make your job easier, we’ve gone through all the infographic websites we could find on the web and identified the top 10 paid and the top 10 free sites.
How did we pick the top ones? We checked how Ahrefs and Moz scored them. Both SEO giants have their own algorithms. Both give a score between 0 and 100, with higher scores being better. Those scores are listed for each website. We’ve also added links to the submission page to make things easy for you.
Happy infographic publishing!
Top Free Infographic Submission Websites
When we say a site is free, we mean there’s no charge to publish your infographic there. But note, there may still be policies you have to abide by. Relevance, originality etc. Make sure you check policies and abide by them.
Some of these sites are more than just infographic sites. Reddit and Flickr, for example, are social media platforms. But they are focused on content generated by users – and your infographic is content generated by you. So posting here makes sense and will get you a link. If you’re active already on the platform, so much the better. It may get you actual traffic as well!

Top Paid Infographic Submission Websites
When we say a site is paid, we mean they actually charge you to publish your infographic there. Usually it’s not a huge amount, so it’s worth considering. You can invest a lot of time and effort in trying to get someone to link to your content – and it still may not happen. Compare that with spending $20 or $50 and having a guaranteed backlink.
